Maternity Mini Review: My Fave Maternity Tee
Today I’m talking all about my favorite soft maternity tee. This post is not sponsored. All opinions are my own.

Mini Maternity Review: Maternity V-Neck Tee
This is, hands down, my favorite basic maternity tee (and I’ve tried many). It is hard to find a maternity tee that isn’t fitted and this one is fantastic.
This one comes in lots of colors, the v neck is flattering, and you can knot it for a more fitted look or wear it loose. I didn’t discover it until my third pregnancy but you can bet, if I ever hare more kids, I’ll order it in other colors.
First impressions:
The fabric is thin and soft. I ordered a fun color initially and wish I’d stuck with a neutral that I could get away with wearing more often.
Fit:
I ordered a medium (1-2 sizes up from my pre-pregnancy size) because I didn’t get this until the end of my second trimester. It worked really well and was one of the very few things that still fit me at 41.5 weeks pregnant right before I delivered. I also wore this post partum for a bit and LOVE that it is not the same side ruching as a lot of maternity tees.
By the time I get into my third trimester I move past the “wear all the tight things to show off my cute bump” phase and am looking for a some looser clothing options. I LOVE this tee for that. I also love that by knotting the tee you can still “show off the bump” if you’re going for that.
This tee reminds me of the looser/ less fitted style of the Hatch maternity tee I have and love but is three times the price. This fabric is much thinner than the Hatch tee and the v-neck isn’t quite as low.
Quality
This tee is thin but not sheer and drapes pretty nicely. Its a great tee for summer or layering.
Conclusion:
Love this tee! They have it in quite a few colors and I’m snagging 1-2 for my current pregnancy. $38 feels a bit steep for a basic maternity tee but this is one I’ll wear over and over again. Plus, you can usually find a 20% or 30% off promotion so hold out for that if you can.
UPDATE!
I still love this tee shirt (and other similar ones I have ordered from Pink Blush Maternity since) but I just got this two pack of maternity tees from Mother Bee Maternity (off Amazon they’re 2 for $20) and they’re almost exactly the same. They’re long, oversized, super soft, with a flattering vneck. Go order a set. Potentially the best $20 you’ll spend on maternity clothes.
other outfit details:
Denim: Ingrid & Isabel boyfriend jeans from previous pregnancies – these are sold out/ discontinued but Ingrid & Isabel has a maternity line for Target now and they have a lot of great similar options at better price points. I like this straight leg option and this vintage was one (both $30).
shoes: Ked’s (no longer sold)
