Hi, I’m Elisabeth, the product tester and digital content creator behind this blog.

This site lives at the intersection of style and function. Our goal is to try all the new things and let you know what is worth spending your money on. We focus on fashion brands, beauty products, and anything in the baby/kids space.

That brand you’ve been getting social media ads for? I’m trying it so you know if it’s worth it. That designer splurge? I’m wearing it for 6 months to see how it holds up. That “too cheap to be worth it” website? I’m finding the hidden gems and telling you what to avoid.

A bit about me

I was born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in New Hampshire. I graduated from Brigham Young University in political science but you won’t find any politics or policy here. I have been sharing my favorite products on this website since 2011, which happens to be the same year I married my husband.

Since then we have moved six times and ended up in Orange County, California. I love being a mom to my four kids and finding time to sneak in photography and product reviews between trips to the beach + endless loads of laundry.
