Mini Shein Review: Red Dress
I was looking for some simple school dresses for Adelaide and ordered this one and a long sleeve version. It was under $10 and a great classic silhouette.
First impressions:
It needed a good steam or wash when it arrived very wrinkled. I tossed it in the laundry, dried it with a regular load and then hung it up.
I like the warm red color and the slight gathering at the sleeves.
Fit:
This runs tts or a tad big.
Quality
This dress reminds me of something I’d get at Target (maybe a little bit lower quality/ slightly thinner fabric to the touch) but that isn’t something you can tell just from looking at it. It isn’t itchy, it has held up to washing + wearing, and the color hasn’t faded.
Conclusion:
This is great year round in California. Adelaide wears it to school with a cardigan, with white sneakers to the park, and with dress shoes to church. A great basic pick for under $10 (and really darling for holiday pictures like we took here). Just plan on washing it before your little one wears it.
