Mini Shein Review: Boys Short and Tee Set
I saw this set on sale for under $7 and couldn’t pass up the chance for matching sets for my two boys. I hadn’t ordered boys clothes from Shein before and wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
First impressions:
First impression was – fine. There was a loose string that needed to be trimmed on the shirt and it seemed thin. Everything was a bit wrinkled. But, they were $7 so I threw them in the wash and let the boys try them on after they’d dried.
I did really like the color and the style of the pieces. They work together for a cute set but we’ve also been wearing them separately (love a good striped henley).
Fit:
They run true to size and the shorts are a medium length. The fit of the shirt is loose and the shorts are not super fitted (but are a little shorter on my boys than they are on the model, which I prefer).
Quality
The set feels like it is a lower quality (thin) but its quite comfortable and has held its color through multiple washes. My son who is a little bit picky about fabric and prefers softer clothes, reaches for this set often so I’m calling it a win.
Conclusion:
This a great set for the price to have for warmer months. I would buy it again.
