Mint Overlay // the start of a fun collaboration
I know, I know – things have been a little sparse around here this week. Its the moving and the unpacking, and soon it will be over, I promise.
A few weeks ago Ben and I had the fun chance to collaborate with Cincinnati’s Saks Fifth Avenue for a summer style shoot. I shared this sneak peek on instagram but we just got the rest of the pictures back from the talented photographer and I can’t wait to share them! We spent a morning at the downtown location a week or so before the shoot putting together four or five looks for each of us.
While I loved trying on all the beautiful clothes, and seeing what prints, colors, and textures I gravitated toward, my very favorite part was picking clothes for Ben. There is nothing more attractive than an intelligent, well-dressed man. Thank goodness I married someone who likes clothes almost as much as I do (or at least can appreciate them).

^other than the dresses, I loved trying on all the denim. There really is such a difference in good quality denim that makes it worth the splurge (every once in awhile). I’ve been converted.
