JEMMA Bag Review (2025): Is This the Ultimate Work Bag for Stylish Moms?

- It holds more than you’d think—my phone, wallet, keys, snacks for the kids, lip gloss, planner, and even a small water bottle have all made the cut. I can easily add diapers and a small pack of wipes. We were pushing it at the symphony last month but I also got in a few contraband bags of snacks.
- The removable strap means I can wear it crossbody when I need to be hands-free or use the top handle when I want something a little dressier.
- The feet on the bottom keep it upright and protect it when I set it down (which is often).
This is the kind of functionality I expected from a jemma work bag—and it totally delivers.

What I’d Change
If I had to tweak one thing, it would be the way the top flap closes when the strap is clipped on. You kind of have to move the clips out of the way to get it to shut completely if they’ve fallen in at an angle. It’s not a dealbreaker—just something I noticed after using it consistently.

If you are buying only one bag as a diaper bag, I would go with something a little bigger than the Jojo but the leather is wipeable and the interior is lined which are great.
