3 Step Hairstyle: Single Knot Twist
With the holidays in full swing, I’m on the hunt for simple hairstyles that are as easy as they are festive. After years of wearing my hair pinned up for ballet, nothing whispers simple elegance to me like a classic bun. I’ve been wearing this easy twist on the classic style for everything from running errands to fancier date nights but I really love it paired with a beautiful dress and my favorite set of earrings for the holidays. The best part though, is that it’s three steps and takes three minutes. Thank goodness for that.
**I’ve been wearing it low with my hair parted naturally on the side but you could totally wear it as a side bun or part your hair straight down the middle.
Start with unwashed hair (clean hair slips right out of the bun) or add Suave Professionals® Natural Infusion Seaweed All Day Body Leave-In Foam to damp hair before drying.
001. Part hair naturally, separating hair into two strands.
002. Tie two strands in a single knot at the base of your neck.
003. Twist each strand, one at a time, around the knot and secure with bobby pins. Finish with a few spritzes of Suave Professionals® Touchable Finish Extra Hold Hairspray to hold the style in place and go enjoy your evening!
