Growing up my parents never asked us what we wanted for Christmas, but in the months leading up to the holiday, we were constantly asked what we wanted to give. They did a beautiful job instilling the value and excitement centered around gift giving at the holidays (not to say that we weren’t excited to be getting things, too). The result? The constant hunt for the perfect gift.
When Uncommon Goods asked if I’d be interested in working with them to put together a gift guide I only needed to spend a few minutes on their site to say yes! They have so many unique products with fabulous stories behind them. I’ve picked gifts for a few close family members off this list although after opening them (you know, to check quality and stuff before I shared them with all of you), I’ve added a few to my personal wish list.
Not only does Uncommon Goods have a fantastic selection of unique products, but they are a unique company. As a B Corporation, they use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. They stand up for causes they believe in, and have contributed over $700,000 to non-profits (four of which they run!). Get lots of fun insights on their blog here.
P.S. I’ll be back after Christmas to show you where my three favorite gifts ended up 🙂
Which one is your favorite?
