T Shirt and Jeans, upgraded

Today I’m sharing all my favorite spring purchases in one t shirt and jeans outfit featuring this ruffle hem tee, these white mules, and this woven rattan crossbody bag. This post contains affiliate links. 

I’m a t shirt and jeans kind of girl. Or maybe I’m in a t shirt and jeans stage of life. Either way, I love me a great tee shirt and pair of denim.

But, what I love even more, is something that is just one step up from a tee shirt in the style department, without sacrificing anything in the comfort or ease of wear department (those can be departments, right?). A momiform that works just as well for date night.

For Valentines last month, for a girls night out a few weeks ago, and then  for Alt Summit, I’ve been wearing this ruffle hem top a lot lately. It’s festive, flattering (well, flattering when the goal is NOT to show off a flat stomach – it hides things well), and less than $40.

And just a word about these accessories. This particular woven crossbody has already sold out but woven bags are everywhere this season and I love how fun they are while still being functional. I used mine at Alt but I’ve really been loving it on our Carribean trip to Guadeloupe because it’s okay if it gets a little sand in it and I don’t have to worry about it getting faded in the sun.
