With a baby due any second, New Years Eve this year will undoubtedly mean cuddling up on the couch with Ben, my favorite blanket, and yummy snacks for a good movie or two (better yet, I’d love to spend it in the hospital ;). But, if I were going out, it would be all about the shoes. I had fun dressing up with my little sister, each jazzing up a simple black dress with a little gold, a clutch, and a bold statement heel.
^If you’re going out for a fancy dinner or something a little more classic, go for a midi length black dress and add sky high heels — I love that the dress Nicole is in can be dressed up or down and works for so many different events.
^at 37 weeks, wearing these is a balancing act but I love them
^another thing to note: my black maternity dress has gotten progressively shorter since I picked it up this summer (when the bump was barely showing, the dress covered my knees — but adding a basketball to my belly doesn’t do much for the length :).
^I’ll take sisters to dress up with in Ohio anytime
on me: dress: H&M Maternity via thredUp
belt: J.Crew
pumps: Steve Madden via Lulus, c/o
on Nicoletta: midi dress: Lulu’s, c/o
heels: Nine West
clutch: thrifted
a few great heel options for parties in 2015
I am LOVING that black midi dress on your sister!

Wondering where your sister got her necklace from! It is super adorable 🙂
I love your sister's dress! And I cannot believe you are still rocking heels this far along in your pregnancy. You are a beast! 🙂
Love the pics and the black and gold! You guys are too cute. It reminds me of how close I am with my sister and how much fun we have together. We ended spending NYE at home chilling. My sister and brother in law came over and chilled with us.
