Happy Tuesday! I have just a few fun snaps from our glorious 64 degree Saturday because I’ve been spending the last few days cuddling the sweetest little newborn (well, watching Casey snuggle the cutest little newborn and sneaking in a few hugs when I can get them) so I’ll let these pictures do the talking. All I can say is that warm weather is good for the soul and little boys beginning to walk, well, it’s a miracle my heart hasn’t stopped altogether.
Also, parenting multiple young is not for the faint of heart – and I use the term ‘parenting’ loosely (on my part), mainly just to mean ‘keeping them alive.’ If you count my baby in utero, we had five three and under in that house for almost 48 hours. And I had forgotten how tiny newborns can be (even large 10 pound newborns). I think I’ll go sleep for a 12 hours straight 🙂
^both boys in the family have longer eye lashes than I do
^Downtown Perrysburg was having hosting their annual winterfest and the national ice carving championships. A very windy 60 degree day might be the worst possible conditions for ice carving but some of the sculptures hadn’t blown away or melted and they were incredible!
^practicing our walking 🙂
plaid shirt: sold out from the fall but same shirt in three similar plaids here
maternity top: white no longer available but other colors here
maternity denim: Asos via thredUP (similar here)
shoes: identical here but I’m loving this gingham version
Lincoln’s little boots are from Stride Rite’s line for Target (I don’t see them online but I love this boat shoe from the collection for spring) and his vest + jeans are a set from 7 for Mankind via TJ Maxx (same jeans hear – but I paid about 1/2 of this for the whole set).
