My body hurts – and it may be the one time pain is good.
I couldn’t get out of bed for yoga this morning because each muscle screamed sleep.
But pain is progress, and power, and purpose, right?
This is my body, and because I love it, I push it. (and when I don’t, I have a husband who is really good at pushing for me. But seriously, if that boy isn’t climbing, or biking, or running – he isn’t happy.)
Here’s to a summer of pain and progress, and loving yourself.
“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
