We’re having a dreary rainy day here in New Hampshire which is calling for lots of layers and hot chocolate with plenty of whipped cream. It’s the kind of weather that makes you want to curl up with a good book and a soft blanket and never leave the comfort of the couch or the warmth of the fireplace. If, perchance, you do decide to venture out into the cold, here are a few pieces I (sans the belly) would love to wear:
Polka Dot Blouse: This piece is perfect for layering under blazers for the cooler months but you wouldn’t have to retire it once the temps warm up. I love tops that can be tucked into pencil skirts or worn loosely over jeans. Plus, at under $25, the price is great.
Classic Skinnies: These jeans (originally over $200) are marked wayyy down and feel like butter (I tried them on in back in April and never wanted to take them off).
Striped Split Back Sweater: I’ve picked up a few tops this fall with the split back (they’re all maternity) and I love the way the look on! I always get compliments on the back and the neutral stripes on this sweater make it perfect for layering.
Oversized Plaid Scarf: These oversized scarves are staples for the colder months and I love the mix of mustard and berry tones in this one!
*I also want these clearance flats in each color. They remind me of the J.Crew flats I picked up in a few colors and wore all last year.
**These shoes arrived on Friday and I’ve been wearing them around the house ever since…I can’t get over how light they are! (I have the grey ones without laces)
