Gone Skater: What I Wore to a Vid Premier

What do you wear to your husband’s skateboard video premier?
(If you’re new here, you can skip to regular posts here, here, here, where I wear normal things and smile with teeth. )
The sad (or good) part is, this is as close to skater as I could get:
baseball tee,
gold studs,
climbing hat,
gap skinnies,
and FLORAL shoes.
Yes, I actually had Ben look at all my shoes and these were the only ones that were not
a) heels  b) flats  c) plaid  d) pink

I hope you laughed just a little. Can you tell I’m trying not to in some of these?
Thanks Brooke for snapping these pictures before we headed inside (and I took of this hat).
And get excited, the video itself will be premiering on this little blog soon šŸ™‚
P.S. If you’re up for a little blogging date Saturday and want to “lunch” with us, let me know! Nothing fancy, just a couple of girls chatting over unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks šŸ™‚
