I have never been one to like exercise (and my husband tells me I’m weird because of it?) – I prefer activities that keep me active. Most of college it was dance, now its mostly rock climbing. But, those alone won’t get me in the top shape that I’d love to be in.
I set some goals with my neighbor Carly, got a workout CD from Courtney, and this week we’ve done cardio THREE TIMES! (and by cardio I mean the elliptical for 20 minutes – baby steps people). Just wanted to share some of our little goals:
- cardio twice a week
- climbing three times a week (climb 12a by christmas)
- drink LOTS of water
- eat something green everyday
