A Windy Day in Chitown
Spur of the moment, at the end of last week, I decided to head into Chicago for a few days with these two darling girls who are home in Cincy for the summer. I have a few fun stories and lots more pictures to share but here are a few from our first few hours in the city. We left warm and sunny Cincinnati for a bitter cold wind in Chicago but we loved (almost) every second of it. We walked so much our feet hurt and almost died once or twice biking through Chicago traffic š
^Emily-Jane and Morgan (both are photographers: Emily took our anniversary pictures last year and Morgan did a lot of photography for me before heading off to school in January)
^Windy was an understatement
^the water was so blue we just wanted to go swimming…if only it had been more than 55 degrees

I went to Chicago just last weekend and spent some time at the Shedd Aquarium (which I caught a glimpse of in the background). Such cute photos.

I love all of the beautiful pictures. I am now even MORE excited to be moving near Chicago next year. I hope my trips there next year are just as fun as your girls' trip looks! š
