Decide what you want to do with your one life.
Start doing it.
So if studies show that only 10% in the variance of happiness can be explained by difference in situations, this means that happiness really is a choice. There are always going to be things we can’t change – but that doesn’t mean we should ever let those things determine how we are going to live our one life. Here’s to choosing happiness.
